Description This item was continued from the October 22, 2020 City Council meeting. A petition was submitted by Bridget Lidy on behalf of the Mayor and Aldermen to amend sections of the Zoning Ordinance. The first revision addresses architectural compatibility and owner occupancy requirements of accessory dwelling units as outlined in Section 8.7.4. The second revision will require nonconforming lots of record to comply with the City's subdivision plat approval process for any proposed change to such lots.

Recommendation Additional public meetings are scheduled, and a revised recommendation will be submitted to the Planning Commission for consideration and their recommendation will be submitted to Mayor and Aldermen by March 2021.
