Recommend approval of a resolution to accept a $2,000 donation from Community Housing Services Agency, Inc. (CHSA), via Wal-Mart Store Numbers 365, 8202, and 4530, for deposit into the Savannah Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF) to address local workforce and affordable housing needs. This is Wal-Mart's first year investing into the SAHF. None of the investments made into the SAHF are used for administrative costs. The City of Savannah Housing and Neighborhood Services Department and CHSA, a non-profit housing corporation, oversee and administer the SAHF.
