The City owns a vacant lot located along E. Park Avenue Lane, just east of Broad Street (PIN 2-0054-01-007).  The lot has dimensions of approximately 40 feet by 83 feet. The property owners on either side are interested in acquiring this lot for parking and to expand their properties. The request has been reviewed by the Bureau of Public Works and Water Resources, the Development Services Department, and the Real Property Services Department, and no objections are noted.

If declared surplus and available for sale, staff will issue an RFP to solicit bids and will also procure an appraisal to assist in evaluating bid responses.
