Recommend approval of Task Order No. 23 with AECOM in the amount of $266,360.00, for terminal ramp design services. The current ramp configuration has been expanded as far east as possible, which accommodated the initial concourse expansion in 2007. The next concourse expansion, scheduled for 2019, will occupy all usable ramp space for gate parking and aircraft flow to the north side of the terminal. 

This will leave limited ramp space for diversions or overnight parking, which are both common occurrences at the Airport. The proposed 50,000-square-yard parking ramp to the south will allow a combination of narrow and wide body aircraft space to use during these times, and will also be beneficial during the next concourse expansion when gates are temporarily out of operation.
