Recommend approval of Contract Modification No.1 for the Guy Minick Fence project with Guaranteed Fence Company in the amount of $8,000.00. The original contract was for the removal and replacement of the fencing at the Guy Minick Youth Complex. This contract modification is needed for the removal of the existing backstop framework and replacement with new posts. At the time the original contract was bid, it was not known that the backstops would need to be replaced.

The original contract was approved by Council on July 6, 2017 in the amount of $88,037.20. The total amount of this contract to date, including this modification, is $96,037.20.
