The Savannah Exchange Club Fair Association Inc. d/b/a the Coastal Empire Fair (hereinafter referred to as the "Fair") has requested a license to use the City's fairgrounds site for a 31-day period from October 21, 2017 thru November 20, 2017 to hold the 2017 Fair. The Fair has agreed to pay a license fee of $25,000.00 and assume all liability and indemnifications for use of the property. The Fair will provide its own security, a certificate of required insurance, and also post a $5,000.00 repair deposit in the event any damages or cleanup issues result from use.

The Fair is a non-profit organization that uses proceeds generated by the event to support charitable causes in the community.
