Recommend approval of a Recombination & Major Subdivision of Savannah River Landing.  The purpose is to recombine and subdivide 40 lots in the Savannah River Landing as recorded in Plat Book 40S, page 80A, dated October 23, 2008.  This Recombination/Major Subdivision will include a re-dedication of streets, parks and utilities. 

This will be in agreement with The Amended and Restated Development Agreement between the Savannah River Landing Land JV, LLC and The Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Savannah.   

The property is located in Aldermanic District 1.

This Recombination & Major Subdivision is comprised of 53.993 acres.  These property/parcels/lots will be subdivided again in the near future in conformance with the approved master plan.
