| Description Recommend approval to renew an annual maintenance agreement for CityWorks with Azteca Systems in the amount of $31,995.00. This maintenance agreement will be used by the Conveyance and Distribution, Water Reclamation, and Stormwater Management divisions to maintain the CityWorks software. This is a sole source because Azteca Systems is the original provider of the software. It is critical to have maintenance and support from the original provider to ensure authorized, knowledgeable, and timely vendor support when and if it is necessary. The contract expires July 31, 2019. | |
