| Description Recommend authorizing the City Manager to sign legal documents that transfer a house owned by the City located at 1002 Cubbedge Street, PIN 2-0050-32-005, to the Chatham County/City of Savannah Land Bank Authority (LBA). The LBA will, in turn, transfer this property to an heir of the deceased former homeowner so the property can remain in the family. The heir has agreed to pay the LBA $9,000 for the property. From this amount, the LBA will return to the City $8,026.41, which is the total of the deceased homeowner’s loan balance to the City. | |
