Recommend approval of contract with JC Lewis Ford to purchase one 2017 Ford Police Interceptor for $26,706.82 to serve as a replacement vehicle for the Airport Police Department, Canine Unit.  The Commission, pursuant to City of Savannah Article E. - Procurement Section 2-4061 Purchasing Code: In the event the lowest bid among those provided by responsive and responsible local vendors is within $500.00 of the lowest responsive and responsible non-local vendor, the local responsive and responsible local vendor shall be afforded the opportunity to match the bid of $26,403.10 to the bid submitted by OC Welch Ford of Hardeeville, SC.  The following bids were received:
