Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for crushed stone with Martin Marietta in the amount of $229,450.00. This contract will be used by the Streets Maintenance Department and other various departments and will include crushed stone, gravel, and rip-rap. Invitations to bid were sent to all known sources, but only one vendor submitted a bid. This is the first of three renewal options available.

The contract term will be from August 3, 2017 through August 2, 2017.
