Motion to Renew Annual Contract for Asphaltic Concrete with Preferred Materials, Inc. (Event No. 4042)
Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for asphaltic concrete with Preferred Materials, Inc. in the amount of $62,600.00. This contract will be used by the Streets Maintenance Department for patching pot holes, utility cuts, overlay low patches, tree root repair, and minor street paving throughout the City.
This is the first of three renewal options. The contract term will be from August 3, 2017 through August 2, 2018.
