Description

Motion to authorize the City Manager to execute an annual contract with Savannah River Utilities for heavy equipment rental in an amount up to $300,000. This contract will allow for temporary rental of heavy equipment and operators (if needed) to support Dean Forest Road Landfill and other Sanitation Departmental operations. It will be utilized on an “on-call” basis when machinery and equipment is down for service and/or repairs. Savannah River Utilities was the only vendor to bid on all line items.

The contract term shall be from August 29, 2019 through December 31, 2020.
