| Description This contract is for elevator repair services from TK Elevator in an amount not to exceed $143,968. The Department of Facilities Maintenance will utilize this contract for labor and materials required to replace the motor, ropes, and rope gripper in elevator No.1 of the State Street Garage. Repairs are necessary for both operational and safety purposes.
Per Section 2-4154 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the City may purchases goods and services through the use of a cooperative contract. The contract used for this procurement is Sourcewell contract #080420. It was competitively bid by Sourcewell and expires August 28, 2025. A pre-bid was not conducted as this is a cooperative Contract. Delivery: As needed. Terms: Net 30 days.
