Recommend approval of a Resolution accepting a donation of $6,000.00 from the Ardsley Park-Chatham Crescent Garden Club to help beautify Vetsburg Park, located within the Ardsley Park-Chatham Crescent neighborhood.  

The City of Savannah's Park and Tree Department worked with the Garden Club to identify a list of needed improvements to the park that included removal of overgrown plants and trees to open up the park and the addition of ground covers and shrubs to enhance the existing landscape. Donation funds will help fund the improvements, which will be performed by Park and Tree staff.
