Motion to Procure Chiller for City Hall from Southeastern Air Conditioning (Event No. 5260)
Recommend approval to procure a new chiller and installation services from Southeastern Air Conditioning in the amount of $97,300.00. The chiller will be used by the Building and Electrical Maintenance Department to replace an existing unit in City Hall that is no longer economical to repair. The current chiller is 18 years old (outdated) will be replaced with a new smaller more efficient 35 ton unit for City Hall.
