The Board of Regents, of the University System of Georgia, has requested a water and sewer agreement for Savannah State University Marine Science Building J-240A. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 5 equivalent residential unit development at 2717 Livingston Avenue. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
