The Savannah Airport Commission requests approval to extend its agreement with Steven Baldwin & Associates, originally dated June 23, 2023. The proposed extension would begin August 1, 2025, and expire July 31, 2026. Under the terms of the agreement, Steven Baldwin & Associates will continue providing professional airport management advisory services, including, but not limited to, minimum standards development, safety management system reviews, regulatory guidance, governance strategy, independent fee analysis, operational oversight, and concessions consulting. Services will include up to 25 hours of professional staff labor per month, at a monthly retainer cost of $5,500.
