| Description The Savannah Police Department is focused on leveraging technology to enhance public safety. This grant will integrate and expand the Savannah Police Department’s technological footprint and will thoughtfully and responsibly improve operational effectiveness and build stronger relationships with the community members, students and visitors we serve. This grant will be used for the purchase of technology such as FLOCK License Plate Recognition (LPR) cameras (83) throughout the city, call boxes, AXON/FUSUS platform technology, crime mapping and GIS. | |
