| Description Petitioner Warner Moore has requested that City property at 1113 Felder St. (PIN 20046 07004) be declared surplus and available for sale. The property is flood prone and located in a flood hazard zone. The City is using the property for flood mitigation. This request has been reviewed by Public Works and Water Resources, Development Services, Planning and Urban Design, Greenscapes and Real Estate Services. Staff recommend the petition be denied. The property is needed for flood mitigation and is slated to be part of a future stormwater project involving the Springfield Canal located near the Arena Development and Canal Districts. | |
