Description Cobblestone Phase 1 will encompass 23.116 acres and will consist of 70 single family lots with varying lot sizes, 5 open spaces, an amenity area, and a lift station. Cobblestone has its own dedicated entrance located off of Bush Road, adjacent to the Savannah and Ogeechee Canal, southwest of Little Neck Road. The entrance to the subdivision will cross a privately owned and maintained bridge (please refer to the attached easement agreement). The required infrastructure improvements to support this phase of development includes the extension of water and sewer mains, the installation of water and sewer services, and the installation of a stormwater conveyance system. | |
