| Description The Localizer and Glide Scope will be upgraded to a new dual element/dual frequency ILS system with a capture effect. This agreement provides funding to the FAA to purchase equipment, design review fees, construction inspection fees, final hook up and acceptance of equipment, and flight check certifying the equipment. The FAA requires the Savannah Airport Commission to prepay the entire cost of the agreement. Design engineering and construction administration are not included in the reimbursable agreement. | |
