| Description This is to procure a pickup truck for the City of Savannah Litter Crew Division with Wade Ford, Inc. in the amount of $35,709. This vehicle will be an FY22 fleet addition for the Recycling and Litter Services Division. The ½ ton crew cab pickup truck will be utilized daily by the Litter Services Division Supervisor.
Per Section 2-4154 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the City may purchase goods or services through the use of a state contract. The contract used for this procurement is a State of Georgia contract for vehicles (Contract # 99999-SPD-ES40199373-009S). It was competitively bid by the State of Georgia and expires on November 30, 2022. Delivery: As requested. Terms: Net 30 days. The vendor is: S.C. Wade Ford, Inc. (Smyrna, GA)(D) $35,709 A pre-proposal meeting was not conducted as the ½ ton crew cab pickup truck is being procured through the use of a state contract. (D) Indicates non-local, non-DBE business.
