| Description One of the City’s youth basketball teams, the age 10 and under Savannah Stallions, participated in the City’s Youth Basketball program and won the City, District, and Georgia Recreation and Park Association State Basketball Championship for their age group! These young athletes worked hard all year and it paid off for them on the court this season. We’d also like to thank and recognize the volunteer coaches, Chris Pickett and Rommel Waldburg, who dedicated their time to coaching and mentoring the participants.
