Motion to Award Annual Contract to L&H Welding for Structural Welding Fabrication at the Dean Forest Landfill (Event No. 4961)
Recommend approval to award an annual contract for structural welding fabrication services to L&H Welding in the amount of $37,210.00.
Solid waste handling equipment at the Dean Forest Landfill incurs damage during the transport and disposal of solid waste, creating safety issues. For the protection of the general public and City staff, it is necessary to have a vendor available to perform necessary repairs in a timely manner.
This contract term will be from April 27, 2017 through April 26, 2018.
