Title Motion to Award Annual Contract to Hoffman Electric for Traffic Signal Construction (Event No. 5019) | |
Description Recommend approval to award an annual contract for traffic signal construction services to Hoffman Electric in the amount of $96,132.16. This contract will be used by the Traffic Engineering Department to repair and install traffic signals, street lights, poles, mast arms, and underground electrical systems. These services are used for planned minor projects and for emergency repairs caused by traffic accidents, storms, vandalism, and equipment failures. The contract term will be from April 27, 2017 until April 26, 2018.
