Recommend approval to award an annual contract to AT&T for data circuit leased lines in the amount of $54,250.08.

The City of Savannah uses leased data circuits to provide network connectivity to locations not able to be serviced by the City’s fiber network. This contract will provide data connectivity to designated locations as well as provide the City flexibility to add locations or change service levels as needed during the contract period.

Current locations serviced by leased line circuits are:

• Entrepreneurial Center:  801 E Gwinnett St
• Savannah Fire Station 13:  11 McKenna Drive
• Savannah Fire Station 9:  2235 Capital Street
• SCMPD Precinct 5:  54 Johnny Mercer Blvd
• SCMPD Precinct 6:  9302 Whitefield Ave
• Recycling Center and Public Works facilities:  13 Interchange Ct
• Sanitation Bureau:  1325 Dean Forest Rd

The contract term will run from April 27, 2017 through April 26, 2018.
