Motion to Authorize LaTeia Lott, Administrative Assistant to the Clerk of Council, to Sign Items in the Absence of the Clerk of Council
Currently Assistant Clerk of Council Tiwanna Crawford is authorized to sign documents in the absence of the Clerk of Council. This authorization would extend that authority to Administrative Assistant LaTeia Lott to improve efficiencies of the office and ensure timely processing of petitions and other documents.
