The Savannah Airport Commission requests authorization to enter into a contract with Michael Baker International, Inc. in the amount of $135,930.00 for site development of three lots along Stephen S. Green Drive in the Savannah Aviation Village complex. The project shall generally include identification of wetlands present in the vicinity of the grading limits, clearing of the proposed lots, grading and surface drainage of the proposed lots, and extension of road access and utility services (water, sanitary sewer with lift station, and electricity) to the lease lines.
