Motion to Amend Chapter 5, Part 9 of the Code of Ordinances to Add Section 9-5014, Prohibiting Fishing at the Coffee Bluff Marina.
Conflict has arisen between those fishing off the Coffee Bluff Marina observation pier and boats passing by, as well as boats docked at the Marina. An Ordinance Amendment is needed to prohibit fishing at the Marina, including but not limited to the observation pier and Marina proper.
