This modification will allow the installation of two (2) 20-foot gates and one (1) 12-foot gate instead of three (3) 10-foot gates. | Description This is for Contract Modification No. 1 for Evergreen Cemetery fence installation with Howells Fencing in the amount of $15,800. The modification is necessary to change from three (3) 10-foot gates to be installed to two (2) 20-foot gates and one (1) 12-foot gate. The larger gates will allow larger equipment to enter the cemetery for maintenance. Evergreen Cemetery was recently acquired by the City of Savannah and this fence will help assist with keeping the cemetery clean.
This contract was competitively solicited and awarded by the City Manager on November 17, 2023, in the amount of $39,159.52. The total for this contract today including this modification $54,959.52. | |
