New Hampstead Tract 5B, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Oakwood at New Hampstead Phases 1A, 1B & 1C, a development consisting of 121-single family homes located off Highgate Boulevard in the Travis Field Treatment Plant service area and is in Aldermanic District 5. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 121-equivalent residential unit development. The Water & Sewer Connection Fee totaling $774,400 is based on the proposed water consumption and shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters as each house goes online. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
