First Chatham Bank’s Risk Management Officer, Brian H. Hunt, and Housing Savannah, Inc. Board Member and Community Housing Services Agency, Inc.’s (CHSA) Executive Director, Anita Smith-Dixon, are presenting a $7,500 donation to the Savannah Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF) for home improvement assistance to low- and moderate-income homeowners. The SAHF is a local fund that helps leverage private investment to address local workforce and affordable housing needs and opportunities. The City’s Housing Department and CHSA oversee and administer the SAHF.
