The Savannah Airport Commission recommends approval of Amendment No. 5 to Task Work Order No. 3 with RS&H in the amount of $159,760.00 for construction administration services of Phase 2 Baggage Handling System Upgrades. 

The tasks RS&H will perform include:

1) Teleconference meetings - weekly construction meetings;

2) Shop drawing review;

3) Submittal reviews;

4) Request for information, contract changes;

5) Project close-out;

6) Project close-out deliveries;

7) Construction site visits;

8) TSA equipment testing and startup

These costs are covered by the Transportation Security Administration - Other Transactional Agreement.
