Description Robert Isaacson, Petitioner, (File No. 18-000955-ZA) is requesting approval to rezone 613 East 39th Street from R-4 (Four Family Residential) to the East Broad Market Lofts PUD (Planned Unit Development). On March 13, 2018, the Planning Commission voted to recommend approval of the rezoning. This is the second of two agenda items, as the petitioner is proposing to amend the existing PUD / Master Plan, in addition to this rezoning. The subject properties of the text amendment are in the southeast quadrant of the intersection of East Broad Street and East 39th Street. These properties include four parcels that were a part of a Planned Unit Development (PUD) that was adopted by the Mayor and Aldermen in 2010. The proposed amendments include:

Recommendation Approval, on the condition that a general development plan be approved in conjunction with the text amenendment and the rezoning. The proposed general development plan includes remote parking on 612 East 39th Street, which will require Zoning Board of Appeals approval pursuant to Sec. 3093 as it is in the R-4 Zoning District. | |
