Description Recommend approval to award contract for Cedar Street Improvements to Johnson-Laux Construction in the amount of $727,528.57. This project will benefit Aldermanic District 3, and shall include the installation of:
Johnson-Laux Construction was selected as a State Annual Contractor. This bid is in compliance with State of Georgia procurement requirements and was in agreement with the Engineer’s Opinion of Probable Construction Cost. This project will provide for sidewalks and crosswalks along Cedar Street in the Edgemere-Sackville neighborhood to the new park. It is recommended that the City procure construction services from Johnson-Laux Construction. | |
