Description

Manger Building Property Owner, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for the Manger Hotel, a development consisting of a 224-room hotel, restaurant, fitness center, assembly hall and office space on East Congress Street in the President Street Plant service area in Aldermanic District 2. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 108 equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer connection fee totaling $415,800 is based on the proposed water consumption that shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
