Riverbend Savannah I, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Rockingham Tract 6A-1, Building 7A, a development consisting of a warehouse and office space off Feldspar Drive in the President Street Plant service area and is in Aldermanic District 5. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 5.34 equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer connection fee totaling $20,578.50 is based on the proposed water consumption that shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
