| Description Recommend approval of a construction contract for Twickenham Greenspace with Johnson-Laux Construction, LLC in the amount of $185,985.68. Under the oversight of the Office of Capital Projects Management, the contractor will install: a walking trail, landscaping, lighting, and trash receptacles. The recommended vendor, Johnson-Laux Construction, LLC, submitted DBE participation at the subcontractor level in the amount of 20% using E&D Contracting (Savannah, GA). This purchase is being made through the State of Georgia contract for construction (Contract # 99999-SPD-S20160216-004). It was competitively bid by the State of Georgia and expires July 20, 2020. Per Section 2-4154 of the City’s Purchasing Ordinance, the City may purchase goods or services through the use of a state contract. | |
