Godley Station Enterprises, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Highlands Boulevard Phase 3, a project consisting of a connector road between Highlands Boulevard and Jimmy Deloach Parkway with water and sanitary sewer extension on the residential section and drainage improvements such as roadside swales, curb roof inlet and reinforcement of concrete pipe. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
