Georgia Power will install twenty-two (22) new street LED lighting and poles at Davidson Drive at an upfront cost of $40,832.00 and thereafter $478.08 a month, an annual amount of $5,736.96. The upfront cost includes energy, fuel, maintenance, installation, and equipment supplied by Georgia Power. The monthly fees include Georgia Power’s guaranteed maintenance on all lights and poles and a flat monthly rate with no additional expenses. The lighting is being added as per the Davidson Drive Revitalization Project - Phase II - Signage, Lighting & Landscaping. All cost for lighting are covered under the budget cost for this project.
