| Description AECOM will perform additional engineering and environmental services surrounding the jurisdiction of wetlands under the recent Navigable Waters Protection Rule (NWPR). This Amendment includes the final wetland delineation, the sub-meter GPS data capture and the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) agency review for the +/- 78.8 acres of existing wetlands that may be considered non-adjacent (non-jurisdictional). If approved by an official USACE determination, permitting and mitigation for impacts to these wetlands would not be required.
