Description

Georgia Power Company has requested an underground 15-foot-wide utility easement over City-owned property located at Stiles Avenue (PINs 20030 08001 & 20030 08005) for the purpose of providing power to a new lift station. This easement gives Georgia Power access to construct, operate, maintain, repair, renew and rebuild the electrical distribution line and equipment serving this lift station. This request has been reviewed and approved by Development Services, Greenscapes, Public Works and Water Resources and by Real Estate Services.
