Camden Crossing, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for the Camden Crossing & Cottage Row Phase 1, a development consisting of 64 single family homes in the Travis Field service area. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 64 equivalent residential unit development. The Water and Sewer connection fee totaling $409,600 is based on the proposed water consumption that shall be paid by the developer prior to the release of any water meters as each house goes online. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
