Notification of emergency facade repair services from Engineered Restorations, Inc. in the amount of $42,250.00.

The Industrial and Domestic Water Department uses three large air conditioning units to protect the variable frequency drives from overheating failures. The panels of the facade are directly above these air conditioning units. The panels were damaged and in need of immediate repair to prevent them from damaging the units. Damage to the units could cause an overheating failure of the variable frequency drives, which would prevent the department from providing safe and reliable water to the City of Savannah. Engineered Restorations, Inc. was selected because it was the first vendor available to respond immediately to perform the necessary repairs.
