Motion to Renew Lawson Annual Maintenance Agreement with Infor (Event No. 5516)
Recommend approval to renew an annual maintenance agreement for the Lawson software system with Infor in the amount of $320,000.00. Under this agreement, maintenance and support for the City's financial, payroll, budget, and purchasing systems is provided.
The is a sole source because Infor is the original provider of the software. It is critical to have maintenance and support from the original provider to ensure authorized, knowledgeable, and timely vendor support when it is necessary.
The agreement will be from September 28, 2017 through September 27, 2018.
