Recommend approval to award an annual contract for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to Deer Oaks EAP Services in the amount of $44,700.00.

The City’s EAP is open to the City of Savannah employees and eligible family members. The program is designed to help with personal issues, concerns, or needs related to employment, marriage, families, substance abuse, stress, grief, or other related matters that might adversely impact work performance, health, and well-being. The EAP will also include critical incident stress management and critical incident stress debriefing.

This contract will run from September 28, 2017 through December 31, 2018.
