Motion to Renew Annual Contract for Grounds Maintenance with J Corbett Enterprise, Inc. (Event No. 4442)
Recommend approval to renew an annual contract for grounds maintenance at Laurel Grove North Cemetery with J Corbett Enterprise, Inc. in the estimated amount of $123,776.00. This contract is used by the Department of Cemeteries to provide grounds maintenance services on a bi-weekly basis. Laurel Grove North Cemetery is located at 802 West Anderson Street in Aldermanic District 1.
The contract term shall be effective September 29, 2017 through December 31, 2018 and shall include 32 maintenance cycles.
This is the first of two renewal options available.
