Hanson Aggregates Southeast, LLC has requested a water and sewer agreement for Lehigh Hanson Sav Aggregate Yard Addition. The water and sewer systems have adequate capacity to serve this 24.20-equivalent residential unit development at 2900 Louisville Road, located in the President Street Service Area. The agreement is consistent with policy directives given by the Mayor and Aldermen and has been reviewed and approved by the City Attorney for legal format.
