| Description The Home Depot Foundation is donating $10,500.00 to the City of Savannah for use in conjunction with the Savannah Affordable Housing Fund (SAHF) to purchase home repair materials. The Team Depot, which includes more than 20 area Home Depot associates and volunteers, will use the funds to purchase materials to improve the properties for two low-income Savannah veteran homeowners. This nationwide associate-led Team Depot volunteer initiative is part of Home Depot’s annual Celebration of Service campaign to recognize and help veterans between September 1 and Veterans Day (November 11). A motion to formally accept this donation appears in the resolution section of the Agenda. | |
